These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of the Pillar Structural Consulting s.r.o. ('Company', 'we', 'us') website located at pillar-consulting.cz ('Website') and any related services. By accessing the Website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or our services.
2. Definitions
'Service' refers to the engineering and business consulting services provided by the Company, including but not limited to structural design, cost optimization, and technical supervision.
'Client' refers to any individual or entity engaging the Company for Services.
'Content' means all information, text, graphics, and other materials found on the Website.
3. Use of the Website
The Content on this Website is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice. You agree not to misuse the Website or its Content. All Content is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected by copyright law.
4. Engagement of Services
All Services provided by the Company are governed by a separate, written Service Agreement between the Company and the Client. The Service Agreement will detail the scope of work, fees, timelines, and other specific terms. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a Service Agreement, the Service Agreement shall prevail.
5. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the Company to perform the Services. The Client is responsible for timely decisions and approvals to not delay the project. The Client also agrees to fulfill payment obligations as specified in the Service Agreement.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our Services will be outlined in the project proposal and finalized in the Service Agreement. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Website or our Services. Our total liability in connection with any Service Agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for that Service.
8. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our Clients' proprietary information. Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information received from the other party during the engagement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Prague.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Website or our Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
